New Toy to Play With!!

so,

let's forget the endless lament for a moment, and focus more on other things, like cooking! err.. BAKING!!! haha

I got a new oven to play with last saturday. So, being the baking enthusiast that I am (berangan kan?) I baked three things! A cake with some muffins, a pie and a tray of hot buns. Huhuhu.

The new toy! haha

cornflakes banana cake

buttermilk lemon pie
buns

Penat woo! I didn't know I could do that much in a day. Baked them one by one. Sampai sakit pinggang dok tenun pintu oven tuh. hahaha.

I think the oven is great, just that I'll need to adjust the temperature a bit. Lari sikit arr.. Now I have another solid reason to go back every week!! :)

Next Week:
Beefy Lasagna (maybe I'll do a lasagna roll!!)
Sugee Biscuits

-------------------------

owh, btw,

Happy (belated) Birthday to Mr. Solution!! (solution apekah ituh??) hehhe
the cake was actually baked for you tapi tak sampai ke sane, jauh sgt lah.. hahaha... next year la yek? :P

Sile Buat Keje Lepas Nie

So,

Today, I kept on being tegur-ed by the lecturers and a hospital specialist. This is a bad day indeed. However, I now know that there is still a lot to be improve on. And I didn't even completed my objectives today.. humph...

Exam dah dekat nie..

**********************************
Originally, the exam was supposedly on this Friday. So my friend arranged an outing to the Selayang Kolam Air Panas to kunun-kunun relieve the stress. However, we just found out the exams will be held next week instead. So now, the supposedly post-exam ronggeng fun is ruined. Now I'm obligated to feel guilty for not studying in the weekends. Exaggerating? maybe. hahaha

Through, the real problem now is, I can't stop thinking about it. Everyday, I'm planning what to bring there. What food to prepare. The menus keep on changing according to my mood. I even thought about it while reading or studying.

I'm so distracted right now. hish...

**********************************

EITS

I have been contemplating about this issue since January. Aaaaaaaaaaaaa~ I wanna gooo!!! But there's an exam the next day!! shoot laa!!

Sape nak temans? huhu (gatal nak pegi jugak)

**********************************

Wow.. while surfing the net for some assignments, I stumbled upon this movie! Fell in love with it right away!! haha.. it combined two of my favorite thing right now; cooking and OnG!! seriously, the trailer was so funny, and the pies have some really funny names. Can't wait for it to come out here.. lalalala...

Synopsis:
A woman trapped in a life from which she dreams of escape, Jenna's secretly hopes to save enough money from her waitressing job to leave her overbearing and controlling husband. She is a sharp, sassy woman with a gift for making unusual pies whose recipes are inspired by the trials, tribulations and circumstances of her life. An unwanted pregnancy changes the course of events giving her an unexpected confidence via letters to her unborn baby.

nak join bleh?? hehhee

I'm going to bring a notebook just to see if I can get a recipe out of it, the pies looked so delicious!! haha (matilah dah start berangan!!)

One particular lecturer seems to miss me so much lah. He even brought up my name in their reflection. o_0'' tak perlu kott...

I Told You So

So,
I was waiting at the bus stop, when a group of Arabic guys came. There were six burly guys, just chatting away and the look at this one scrawny fella (read: me) sitting at the bus stop. One by one looked at me before settling down. Three guys on each side. I'm in the middle. What was their problem lah kan? I just grab my bag and felt for something inside it. Luckily, there was an umbrella inside (umbrella yg kecik boleh lipat2 tuh) I held it tight. Just in case. You can never be too sure with the foreigners in cyberjaya. Silap2 kang die kerjekan pulak!! But the bus stop was just infront of Sri Putri, so I can still run away if anything happens. And it was in the broad daylight, so I just sat there with an umbrella in my hand. They were talking among themselves about something and I just stare straight at the school in front of me. Then, I thought one of the guys were looking straight at me while saying something. The first thing running through my mind was, why is this guy looking at me like that. I kept on staring at the school. Then, he looked irritated and raise his voice a bit.

Then the thought hit me.

The guy was trying to talk to me! In arabic! ahahahaha!!

me: Sorry, I don't speak your language.
Then he spoke in a different dialect. (eh, pulak lah kan, mamat nie!)

Blurr me: Do you speak english? big burly guy: Yes, can you tell me how I go to Petaling Street? me: Owh, just take a bus to Putrajaya and then another one to KL central and then take the monorail. BBG: Do they have a bus from KL central to Petaling Street?
me: yeah, but I don't know the bus number. BBG: owh ok. thank you.

I was laughing at myself inside. It was so damn embarrassing! Itulah, dulu mak ko suroh balja Arabic, ko lari blaja Japanese. Kan da kene org nak cakap arabic ko tekontang-kanting.

AAaaaaaaaaaaaa!! Gi arr blaja arabic!!

rahsie pekong didada: I'm the only one in the family who don't know how to speak in arabic :P Even my Japanese have gone karat already because there was no one to talk too. hehehe.

-----------------------------

I made some Brioche à tête after seeing it on Su Yin's blog. It was somehow, a pain in the ass to make this soft bread. Perhaps it was because I was stressing on it too much. But then again the websites in the internet were giving so much warnings all over their instructions, it scarred the hell out of me while making the dough.

So, here's a recipe I came up with after editing here and there. This time, I even edited the instructions. Maybe that's why it was so much work. haha..

yeast
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar (warm)

2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
12 tbsp butter (unsalted is the best cause you're going to use alot of it)
2 tbsp milk (optional)
5 tbsp sugar
4 eggs

preparations:

Mix the yeast with some warm milk and sugar. set aside for half an hour or until it becomes active/ bubbly and frothy.

sift the flour. (as highly as you can)

Separate one egg yolk. set aside.

Beat the egg yolk with the remaining eggs.

If using butter sticks, chop it to smaller pieces.

Instructions:

Mix one cup of the flour with yeast mixture and sugar. Using a wooden spoon, incorporate the eggs bit by bit. The dough will become very wet and cake-like mixture. Sprinkle the remaining flour to the dough and mix lightly for around 8 minutes. The dough will shape up a little bit. Then, you'll need to knead by hand and incorporate the butter.

On a flour-dusted surface, spread out the dough to form a square. dust a bit of flour and fold the dough together. repeat several times until it became elastic and not sticky. (don't worry if part of the dough is sticks to the surface, thats normal)

Once the dough is not sticky, spread it out again, then put the knobs/chunks/small pieces of butter on the dough. fold it and knead again by hand. (the dough will become 'wet' again) This time knead the dough faster until it is smooth again.

put it in a buttered bowl and let rise for 1/2 hour. It will have doubled twice the volume. Punch it and then refrigerate the dough for 3 hours. The dough will have rise again. Punch it for the second time and let it rest for 30 mins.

the dough will have rise a bit. But just take the dough and roll small balls. I made twelve balls out of it. separate 1/3 of each ball and roll it until it became a round ball. Now you'll have twelve pairs of balls. Put the bigger balls into a big muffin pan. with one finger, poke the balls and the fit in the smaller balls on top of the bigger balls.

Beat the egg yolk until it is glossy but not overeaten, and wash the brioche. Let it rest for 30 mins before popping into the oven for 30mins.

**It took the whole day to make this one. IF I were to make it again in the future, I'd make it in two days. The whole ordeal was just too much. I sifted the flour in hopes that the product won't become a cake-like texture (as the recipe is quite rich in butter and eggs) I beat the egg too much that I had to be careful while mixing it with the flour in fear of overbeating the egg. that means it'll require a wooden spoon and naturally I end up with a slightly tired arm after mixing a heavy dough for 10 minutes non-stop. I was panicking when I added the butter. The dough lose shape all together. It took some time to make it back into shape. I suggest if you guys are going to make it, work the dough on a plastic surface. It'll HELP, seriously. Then there were the thrice resting time. Aiyooh, I even slept throughout the 4 hours the bread was in the fridge. (Penat ok tunggu!!) But in the end, the bread was great!! the texture was soft and bread-like (yeay!!)

Tired~

ps: the bread name was quite a controversy, and so was the vulgarity of the shape. Get it? Brioche à tête. Here's some pics from the internet. (I don't have a camera so no pics)

Let's Do This Again!!

So,

today we completed the second day of our OnG posting.

But I won't talk (write) about medic tonight. I'm just not so in the mood for academics right now. (matilah takde mood blaja ari nie!!)

During the whole day, I'm reminded of our days in the UPM Equine Center. The schedule was quite the same. We start class by 8.oo am OR 8.3o am, then rest at 12.oo O'clock. EAT, sleep (partially) until 2.oo pm and then went back home by 5.oo or 6.oo pm. Seriously, it felt nostalgic.

I Love My Bed!!

I'm tired. Really I am. I don't even know why I bother writing in here when in reality, I'm struggling to stay awake.

I'll keep it quite simple for now, but I'll give the details tomorrow ok? promise!

2 Days Of Continuous Activities:

went to the stable on Monday. Arip and me got a chance to ride a PMS-stricken horse. Went 'lunyai' after mounting off her.

Then I went to the Mines with Arip and Memer. watched a movie and then went back home.

Teman-ed Arab and Afiq for lunch right after arriving to cyberheights and then went to Putrajaya with Zaimi to settle the house issues.

Went back home and read online comics until 8 pm. Then I went to Alamanda with Acap until 10.30pm.

Got back home, shower, wash some clothes, Kemas-ed the room and took a nap at 12.30 until 1.10 am.

Waited for a friend who came at 2 am and set off to TTDi. Menyimpang to SS2 to eat (again) and reached my home around 4.30 am.

Went straight to bed, but woke up at 6 am to pray. Can't sleep much after that and we talked until 8 am. (gile dah kan?) Showered adn had breakfast untill 9 am.

My mum asked me to go shopping with her at 10.20 am until 1 am!! Didn't buy much since there were too many people in OU that day! Daaymn!!

Zaimi picked me up at 2 pm and we went to LCCT to wait for the Acheh ppl. Pick up Timah and send her to Pudu. Reach home by 7 pm. (3 to 7 pm in the car because of jams, shit gile la kan)

Prayed and the family forced me to drive to subang carefour to buy some clothes & pants. Came back home at 11.30pm

and here I am after having my dinner. All tired, dehydrated and definitely MENGANTOK gile *yaawwnn* (plus tomorrow I got some more report to finish, matilaaa~)

So, will explain tomorrow with all the dramas. stay tuned! hehe~

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One funny (memalukan) thing happened during the morning of Raya. I was at my uncle's place and it was time to go back home. My aunt asked me " what did you cook for Raya?"
And I just said " Owh, I didn't prepare anything since I just got back home last night"
She went balistic! " No food on Raya? what the..?? how can you not cook? here, here, take this food. and this one. and this one. haiya, why didn't you cook?"
Took me a couple of minutes to recover from her spontaneous outburst that she were asking what WE (as in my mum) prepared for that morning. Had to explain it over and over that it was ME who didn't cook anything, but mym mum did cook for the morning.
It ended with me carrying over two loaves of fresh bread and a whole set of baked briani rice. haha~
-silelah malu disitu-
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

One more thing, Malik's father passed away on Monday. Al-Fatihah, and I pray for you to be patient with this hardship. Surely, God loves him more. Stay strong my friend. We'll always be there for you.

Promises

currently listening to: You Ought to Know by Alanis Morrisette

definitely haven't been blogging (again!!). I think I'll just settle for a weekly update until I get to cyberjaya again (where I can get the internet there without interruptions, huhu)

So. Last weekend, spent the night at Cyberjaya without even planning about it. Went to see the movies with Zaimi and Arief. Beowulf was superb! Funny thing was, I didn't even know the movie was an animation till I got into the cinema!! the trailer and posters were so REAL!! through it may be an animation, the story was great. I even got a creepy feeling when Angelina Jolie's character first 'visit' Beowulf. SO please GO and watch it guys!!

------------------

Anyway, slept at Arief house that night before rushing to Cyberjaya the next morning because they have the Meet the Parents ceremony. Mine's on the 1st of December. Meet most of the lecturers. Mr.Triple A was 'excited' to see the new hair. He said; " now you got your hair done! It's nice! (meraba my hair abit) why didn't you did it before the exams??!! it was very messy before!!". Howkeeeyhhh, tak perlu la komen camtuh! hahahaha!

Too bad the right person didn't attend the ceremony that day. Everyone was so geared to ask some questions but none exactly asks anything since the registrar is not there. Neither was the chairman. Wonder why they woulnd't want to attend the ceremony. I thought it was supposed to be a historic one. Since we're also celebrating the first ever Pro Exams result. With 100% pass and half of the batch got Distinctions!! Or was it because of the questi-... opps, sile bersangke baik yerr... (ayat Husna nieh)

enNuf said here.

-----------------

On Saturday,

Prof. Azam suddenly approach me and Arief and asks " So, are you going to come to Kuala Pilah tomorrow?"

We were speechless, looked at each other and just smiled until the whole situation got awkward. Prof. Azam then said he'd go to the corner there when a minute of silence had passed. Seriously, we didn't know what the whole thing was about. Bongok tak?!! The truth is, there was a fishing program organized at Kuala Pilah. We only knew about it later that day when we looked at the notice board.

Zaimi asked practically everyone he knew that night to confirm who's going to the trip. well, to make the story short; no one wanted to go either they have other activities, too far away, and examination the day after!! Morning came and Zaimi said there were only a few people who's going there. A few meant TWO people; Zaimi and Bahrin!! So I forgo the KLCC seminar thing-y and tagged along. Juena followed too. And we manage to borrow Prof. Asmadi's car to go there. We thought it was the usual Kembara, instead we got the CITROEN!!! gile tak?!! turns out Prof. Asmadi is currently in JAkarta and gave the keys to Prof. Ikram. Prof. Ikram said, Prof Asmadi said to feel free if you want to use the car. We don't really know if it applies to us too, haha... Bebe gigil okayh mase first time bawak the car/van/MPV while we at the back go jaggun checking out the car. What with the automatic door and the air cond and the seat. Huhuhu..

When we were in N9, we texted Prof. Azam saying we're coming. Prof. replied with " ... baguish la korang mai. Org Kampng dah sediakan makanan. 50 org." I was like; SHHITT-OO!! Is this for real?? showed the sms to the others and everyone was shocked!! We're the only ones whos coming and there were Kampung peoples preparing food for 50 people??? It was CRAZYY I tell ya. Juna replied sayingthere were only 4 people coming and there were no replies whatsoever. When we reached the placearound 11 am, Prof. was both furious and disappointed. He even let his rage on us. Who wouln'dt? There were tents and musics while the Kampung people were still preparing the food for 50 students plus themselves! They almost hunt the deers in the forest for us. Did I mention they climbed teh coconut trees to prepare air Nira and Air Kelapa Muda for us?? I really don't know who's to blame and I don't think I wanna know. there was definately some miscommunication here and improper planning. It was so terrible!! Plus, the Penghulu was going to come at 3 pm to say hello to the college students!!

MALU GILE OK!!!

So Prof. Ikram kerah-ed his mentee to come and Zaimi paksa-ed Azrol and the gang to come. So by the end of the day, there were about 16 of us. The villagers outnumbered us, but at least there were 16 instead of 4!! Prof. clearly was disappointed with the show ups.

It was sad, very sad indeed.

through, we DID make the most of it. We fished the whole day long. I only managed to get two fish in the first 3 hours and none after that. Gave up the fishing rod when Juna gave me the camera to snap some pics. But Prof. Ikram came to me asking why I gave up so fast. Then he took the fishing rod, put some of the 'dedak' and cast away. within minutes something was caught by the hook. I was going to snap some pics witht he camera but he told me to hold the rod and reel in the fish! I was like, okayh... buat je lah. Katelah die semangat gile when I reeled in the fish. when the fish was finally on land, he told me to wait while he get some pictures. He cast the fishing rod again and when the fish is caught he gave it to me. He did it so many times until I forgot about Juna's camera and got into fishing again. Sweeeettt tak Prof.??

We ate the fresh-charcoal-burned-fish like there were no tomorrow. I almost never eat fish. I hate fish. So IF you ever caught me eating fish, that means it's delicious!! And this time I was hungry for more!! We packed our things by 7 pm and went to the owner of the fishing pond. Spend some time there until it was 9 pm and went back home along with Prof. Ikram. We stopped by a restaurant to cook the fish we brought home. 2 Talapias were grilled to perfection while 2 Patins were cooked Tiga rasa. Both were gone in minutes! We even forgot to take the pictures of it. Haha, so there won't be much pics since we were too busy fishing before and forgot about the camera until it was too late. sigh~ Owh well..

Hope everything will go smoothly next time (if there's even going to be a next time)

And Thank You to those who came!!

Of Household and Addictions

currently listening, eh smelling to: tumeric (kunyit lah..)

It's all over the house. My mum got her 50 kilos of tumeric to play with. My mum really likes to make things from scratch. Even the tumeric powder is homemade. She usually buy the stuff in HUGE proportions, processed it herself (washing-drying-grinding) and send it off for packaging. Kalau boleh she wants to grow the thing too. haha. It means 100% pure tumeric powder unlike those sold in the stores. And a lot of people will buy it mind you (thats why she bought in kilos). We've been doing it for years now. I think it runs in the family because another relative makes curry powder while some makes bukhary powder. then they would sell it to anyone who wants it. SO, my family kinda like runs a rempah factory, hahaha.

--------------------------------------------------

The pets are acting up.

We got a new member to the house. A new rabbit. Named Jebblus! (tak boley blah la kan) we got it for our fatty bom-bom Jenab since her partner died long ago due demam-main-hujan. It's still very tiny, but have a BUSSHY hair. Very the manje, like to cuddle up.

but,

It's kinda bongoks because it pissed in the house!! All of the previous pets somehow know not to urinate or beraks in the house (terrer kan?) but this little one just don't get it. So maybe it won't be allowed in the house till it knows not to do those things.

and,

My cat had merajoks for the past few days. She got herself a box (stole it when my mum wasn't looking) and won't come out.

Then Jenab, got all moody since day one Jebblus came to the house. She throw her food around. stomps the carpet, ruin a curtain (first time okeyh die marah gile) and will try to bite off Jebblus if she get a chance too. Shit. Jebblus was supposed to be the laki. matilah ko Jebblus! (Jenab is 8 times bigger than Jebblus) Even I was afraid of her in the past. huhu.

Me mum say theyr'e just jealous because of the newcomer.

now...

My cat is kinda accepting Jebblus. She got out of the box today, but Jebblus the bongoks will run away when he sees her. Jenab is still acting up, and she's kinda in depressed state. SHooOOt... depression can kill you know.

sigh.
----------------------------------

okayh...

I've been lazing off all day. So. I thought I could do a post or two, no?

One thing for sure; I can get hook to anything once I started something fun. But I can also get unhooked easily when the pattern is disturbed. It's like you get all wild on this fast never ending train ride, but the minute you jumped off, it's so hard to catch up with it again. For example; blogging. I got back home for a few days (and withdrew from blogging) and it's so hard for me to start blogging again. Plus, there's that no-camera factor which makes my attempts to write up a few raya parties and one historic wedding feels so bleak. Coffee's another case too. I no longer feel addicted with coffee. sigh.

but hey, the blogging addiction is hard to be erase. Especially when your friends are actively updating almost daily! Tercabar okayh... hahaha

So what have I been up too?

  1. there's that Raya & post-PRO party
  2. and Reen's wedding
  3. and an off the date Raya open house

but I'll just leave it there. I'll upload the photos when I get some. A photo speak a thousand words remember?

Anyway,

got bored today, so I went to the kitchen to cook up something. The result?

one chocolate pudding which was deem too lemaks by my mum.

20 coffee chocolate truffles still in the fridge to set.

a box full of the sweetest strawberry (lucky!!) dipped in chocolate fondue.

notice how all of them have chocolates in it? hahaha... yes, ladies and gentlemen. I'm officially addicted to chocolate again. And they're all delicious, well if you could excuse the pudding (I had to finish off the whipping cream, so I just dump it into the pudding, haha!!)

and it was all thanks to this cookbook borrowed from one hamba Allah;

GREATEST EVER CHOCOLATE
- easy & delicious step-by-step recipes

too bad I can't find a picture for the book. It provided a lot of inspiration for my cooking. And this time, I'm tweaking the recipes according to my style again. The last time I followed an exact recipe, it was not up to my cup of tea. One more good points in tweaking a recipe is that I can post the recipes because it's not exactly from the book (copyrights thing-y)

Too bad I can't put up any pictures of the things I made. Ahh, the pains of no camera!! Does anyone have a spare camera they don't wanna use anymore? give it to me! please...

P/s: When we passed the PRO exam, Prof. Latif said our parents should buy us a PDA and a gift. I think I know what I want now. huhuhuhuhu ^__^

--------------------------------------------

Watched No Reservations just now.

It was a very sweet movie. I'll just stop there.

But I do recommend it to everyone especially if you're into one C. Zeta Jones.

the tagg will have to wait, hahaha

Everything Cramped Up

Pretty much sums up the condition in my brain right now.

It has been a while since I last blog (sume sebab exam... benci ah!!)

anyway, since the exams are just one week away, I'll just cram everything in this post, so readers, be warned... this might actually be a long one.

Wanted to post an entry during the First Raya, as it is a very special day. Nothing, would top a fresh entry on special occasions. But than again on the day itself? How vain would that make me??
(err... no offence to those who posted an entry on the first of Syawal... matilah kene kejar lepas nie..)

I wake up that day with the least of celebration mood whatsoever since I've been thinking about the exams since the night before. It was purely due to obligation that I forced myself out of the bed to start preparing for the annual solat while still hoping against all odds my parents would just leave me at the house (serius takde mood) Well, it was highly unlikely through I was the last to step out of the house.

After the Prayer, we went back home for a bit of breakfast before heading to my uncle's house. There company was the same as last year except for one newly-Chinese-convert cambridge graduate celebrating his first Raya. He's quite the talkative guy and from the way he sees it, He's going to continue studying Syari'ah for his post-grad (he's a lawyer now). I was impressed to say the least. He's just converted and he's already thinking of intertwining his practice with the way of Islam. Terrer kan?

Then, it's the yearly visit (untuk aku jeh la yearly, the other family members selalu je gi) to the so-called "Arabic gathering" house. There, you can find almost all of the representative of the Arabic families from Aljunids to Al-Shatrees to the Bajunaids till Al-Haddads. You name it, there's bound to be someone from at least one family house. There were people from all over the world too. This time around, there were Arabs from London and Zimbabwe. If I can remember correctly, last raya we had Arabs from Haddramauts and Sudan too. The greetings at the house are also heavily influenced with Arabic language (duh-uh). Instead of 'selamat hari raya', we say 'minalAidin walFa'izeen' with 'Kullu sanah wa Antum Bikheir' . the term 'ana' and 'anta' can be heard profusely and there's a whole other range of arabic dialects thrown at each other. The conversation usually is a mix of english and arabic but sometimes it can be a full blown Arabic conversation that I don't really understand at all!! Giloh la... Owh, the range of clothes, it's not the usual Raya celebration. Instead of just the traditional Baju Melayu, there's also people with thupps (betol ke aku eje nie??) Jubahs and Sudanese clothes. One rule was that, everyone must button up every buttonhole there is on the clothes. Seriously, if you don't button up properly, matilah kene fire kat sane (I think this is why I can't stand to see people wearing baju melayu with buttons halfway through... serius tak tahan tgk, rase nak koyak2 je baju tuh!!).
One thing I lack in this meeting, is face recognition. Seriously. People came to me and talk and talk but at the end of the day I don't know who am I talking to while the other party had known my name right from the beginning. There's this one guy who said he knew Memer coz they studied in the same school. So we talked a bit and towards the end he sends his regards to Meme... the problem is, I don't know who's the guy. (nak tanyer malulah pulak, because you're suppose to already know everyone there... padan muke sape suruh pegi sane setahun sekali je kan?... matilah tak kenal orang!!) So memer, if you know some arabic guy with curly hair who went to the same school as you, staying in Shah Alam, studying medic in IMU, and going to fly to New Zealand, let me know eh??

The rest of the day, I got more and more excited as I met some more of my aunties and uncles and cousins... through still thinking about the exams... haih... Finally I Can't stand it anymore and went back to Cyber-bosan-gile-jaya by the third day of Raya. hahaha

In other news,

Adi was admitted into the An-Nur wad.

Serious. (pause for effect)

He finally gave in to excise the lump of his right hand as it was starting to hurt.

So Husni and me went with him to see Mr. Azlan to remove the lump.

Katelah Mr. Azlan kecewe tak dapat jadikkan Adi patient for Final exam nanti... hahaha..
(takpe2, there still one more lump in his left hand)

before the surgery

As he was covered for, Mr. Azlan said it's best if Adi stayed over in the ward for one day. Lawak gile! Serius lawaks! Mr. Azlan even considered admitting him in the Rose Ward (sayang wad tuh tak bukak... sigh~) Finally he settled for a double ward in the Orchid Ward.

while waiting for Adi to change

After praying and all, we went to the second floor and Adi was supposed to change into the OT gown. Katelah he didn't come out after 15 minutes. the reason? Segan with the staff nurse! Ahahaha.... In the end, he wore the scrub's pants. Beriman sungguh Adi nieh (puji ok, bukan kutuk!!) then again, I think if I were to wore the gown, mesti malu jugak... huhuhu....

When Mr. Azlan was looking for the lump, (which was, as he had rightfully guess from the start, a ganglion instead of lipomas as everyone had thought of... clap, clap, clap) he accidentally punctured it which, quoting from himself " makes my life more difficult". The lump had shrunken that I can't see it anymore. Terrer lah Mr. Azlan dapat jumpe bende tuh...

husni mem-posing

Was really nervous because it have been ages since I last pick up the clamps and the forceps and the scissors. Thankfully, I didn't even shake my hands during the surgery. (weee... naseb baek gile tanga tuh tak gegar) Still, it was kinda kekok doing the thing while sitting down, so halfway through, I just stood up till the whole thing end. Better view too. Much better.
